The main works were the severe true dry rot outbreak within bedrooms and shower room floors and walls. The main attributing factor being the wet damp solumn spreading up the walls and feeding off the timber floors and joists. Works carried out were fully guaranteed chemical treatments for the eradication of dry rots and all timbers were renewed and adjacent timbers sprayed. Solumn upgrade was also carried out
