The main works we were asked to rectify were structural beams in roof example, hips and rafters which are holding the whole roof up. These were renewed by using 9×2’s stressed beams and spliced on with structural high-density steel bolts. All flooring and ceiling throughout was renewed due to dry rot. The underside of the floors was sealed with a solumn upgrade.
