Steps to eradicate problems becoming worse are:
- Cut hatches in floors where accessible
- Clear out all debris and level sub floor
- Spray sub floor, sub floor stonework or brickwork and timbers throughout with a fully guaranteed Biocide chemical treatment to kill all fungus and any rots
- Install a breathable membrane sealing all corners with special rubber sealants and lastly
- Cover entire area with sharp sand minimum of 5 inches to hold down and protect membrane, then reinstall hatches. Within a couple of weeks your property will be 100% healthier, mould, smell free and insulated as well as guaranteed.
