I was in the process of redoing my bathroom when I came across very decayed timbers. I instructed a few companies to carry out a survey but ended up going with Bell Preservation and restoration as they were fully qualified with numerous accreditations and were fully guaranteed for 20 years if anything was to ever come back. There price was also very reasonable considering the extent of work which needed done as I had severe dry rot. They were out and started works within 2 weeks before I went on holiday so it was done and dusted before I left. The guys were super nice and made me feel very comfortable with them being in my home. My experience with this company was excellent. Top class level of service and always on time. They quality of work that they have done for me in my property was outstanding and can not fault one bit of it. Since I have a big property it took the workers a few weeks to complete the job to a great standard.
We had this company last year to fix our rising damp and they came in and fixed the problem quicker and cheaper than they themselves quoted. They were fast , efficient , courteous and clean I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I confirm that Bell Preservation have carried out work on properties my Company both own and manage; solumn upgrade works at 15 Gladstone Street, Leven, Fife, Ky8 4qf on 3rd February 2016 and solumn condensation works at 138 Den Walk, Methil, Fife, ky8 3lj on 5th February 2016. On both jobs the work was carried out timeously, professionally and in a well organised and coordinated manner and I would commend them to you.
I write to confirm that I used Bell Preservation for one my properties in Kelso Place, Kirkcaldy. I found them to be a highly efficient and cost-effective company. I was particularly impressed with their product knowledge and customer service. This included a high level of cleanliness particularly after the job was completed. The work conducted on my property was addressing rising dampness and replacement of solum. Wooden floorboards were also replaced.

Phoned Natasha to have a look at a fungus growing within my outhouse, turns out that it is true dry rot and Natasha had her boys out in 2 days which I may say were very polite and helpful. Job was done in no time.
