Description of Work

Dry rot was very evident within timbers in the lounge area. Exposure works were undertaking to investigate the full extent of the outbreak. Once this was completed we were able to locate the full area of rot. The walls and floor were drilled and irrigated with a fully guaranteed biocidal chemical treatment and then replaced or renewed flooring and joists. Walls were plastered with a fully guaranteed renovating plaster designed for wet walls.
