Dry rot was very evident within timbers in bedroom and landing. Exposure works were undertaking to investigate the full extent of the outbreak. Once this was completed we were able to locate the full area of rot. Works carried out were mainly structural i.e. heavy joists, rafters, load bearing lintels and bressummer beams were all renewed in a good safe environment by our qualified structural engineer.
