We eradicated the dry rot throughout Lesley’s property which had taken over 70% of her property. Most of the work was hidden like most dry rot jobs are.
Bell Preservation renewed the floors, solums, plasterboard ceilings and rising dampness in lounge and kitchen was drilled, irrigated and injected with a damp proof course chemical.
