- Work Involved: Dry Rot works, Penetrating Dampness works, Solumn Upgrade, Lintel Reinforcement and Floor renewals
Firstly we stripped out the dry rot in various rooms and ceilings, renewed joists, structural beams and lintels. Also floors, laid new concrete solumn, stripped out plaster, applied damp proof membrane hydradry tanking, renewed walls with water proof plaster board, skim coat and finish.
Secondly we are still currently working in hallway and repairing front elevation construction.
We have had a few obstacles regarding joint ownership which I have had to take on board and resolve a number of issues which we have overcome to this point in works as satisfactory but still ongoing.
