Yvonne originally phoned up about condensation problems she was having with her let property. I quickly diagnosed the dampness was occurring from underside of the floor (solumn area). Whilst lifting the boards dry rot was found in abundance so we eradicated the dry rot in her front bedroom and sealed underside of floor in the rest of house, also sprayed all timbers throughout.
