Description of work – In the first floor bedrooms there was severe black mould fungus due to the wet damp solumns. Firstly, carried out solumn upgrades throughout property and eradicated the black mould fungus with COHS registered fungicidal chemical treatments and applied 2 coats of anti-condensation paint as a secondary treatment.
The works ran smoothly. The technicians were protected with masks from any dust from exposure works and dry rot spores.
